Thomas Bros is a family orchard located in the Dehra Doon Valley, Riwaka, Tasman — one of New Zealand’s premier fruit growing regions. We take pride in the quality of our fruit and the people who help us grow it.
The Role
- Operating tractors and associated orchard machinery safely and efficiently
- Transporting fruit bins and equipment around the orchard
- Assisting with general orchard operations as required
- Maintaining machinery in good working order and reporting any issues promptly
- Following all health and safety guidelines at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience operating tractors and farm/orchard machinery
- A current and clean NZ driver’s licence
- A practical, hands-on approach with good mechanical awareness
- Reliability and the ability to work well within a team
- Experience in an orchard or horticultural setting is preferred
