Nelson Tasman is the perfect spot if you enjoy sunshine, the outdoors, and coastal living. We're located in Riwaka, just out of Motueka, with the Abel Tasman National Park only 15 minutes away and beautiful Kaiteriteri Beach a 10-minute drive.

Nelson city (museums, cafes, shops) is 40 minutes, Richmond is 30 - but most of the time, you'll be outside. Kayaking, skydiving, mountain biking, paddleboarding, canyoning - there's no shortage of ways to spend your weekends.
