Hours
Typically 7:00am – 3:30pm (Hours may vary during harvest and in winter due to daylight)
Monday to Friday (Saturday work may be required due to weather or orchard requirements)

About the role
We are looking for reliable and motivated people to join our orchard team. This is a hands-on outdoor role working across all aspects of orchard operations throughout the season.
What you’ll be doing
Work may vary depending on the time of year and can include:
- Thinning, pruning, and general tree/plant maintenance
- Harvesting (fruit picking)
- Girdling and disease removal
- General orchard duties and occasional packhouse work
- Ladder work as required
- Assisting in other areas of the business when needed
- Basic tractor work may be required (training provided where appropriate)
What we’re looking for
- Legal right to work in New Zealand
- Reliable and able to work at pace
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically fit and capable of manual work
- Flexible and willing to help across different tasks
- Good awareness of health and safety
- You’ll be expected to follow all company health and safety procedures, use equipment correctly, and report any hazards or incidents.
